Customer Support Representative

Retrodew Nigeria is seeking to add 2 people to its fulfilment team in the capacity of customer support rep.

Position Overview:

Who we are:

Our goal is to reduce the number of steps and time it takes to deliver customers’ orders.

As a household and beauty products sales outfit that serves people across the country on daily basis, we are currently expanding to maximise customers’ satisfaction and fulfilment experience. We have standby delivery agents and team members across the country that help to ensure that customers’ orders are delivered in the shortest possible time – if possible, same-day delivery.

Responsibilities:

We expect you:

1. To receive order notifications, and forward customer details to the appropriate delivery agent for delivery to begin.
2. To follow-up, and ensure that orders were delivered in the shortest possible time and correctly.
3. Update records of scheduled, pending, and delivered orders on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform in a prompt manner.
4. Contact customers via WhatsApp or Call when necessary to ensure maximum satisfaction and timely delivery (incentive provided for).

Our offer:

1. A fully remote and mobile engagement
2. N30,000 basic salary (subject to review in the coming months)
3. N2,000 monthly incentive
4. N10,000 weekly bonus if >70% of weekly orders are delivered.
